Zietsman Property Group (“ZPG”) was founded by Michael Zietsman, a real estate executives with 35 years experience, who has built a national reputation for advising clients on large, complex office and retail transactions.  Michael has executed such notable transactions as the $1.12 billion sale of The Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas, the sale of the 1.2 million square foot Williams Tower in Houston, and the sale of a 50% joint venture interest in the 1.1 million square foot Republic Plaza in Denver.

Michael started his career at Jones Lang Wootton and then Lehman Brothers, Zietsman Realty Partners and most recently Jones Lang LaSalle. He ran various capital markets businesses for JLL including holding certain regional responsibilities and handling national portfolio and large single-asset transactions.  Michael was an International Director for JLL and a member of its US Leadership Council and its Global Capital Markets Advisory Board. Michael has advised many of the world’s leading real estate owners including Hines, PGIM, John Hancock, Beacon Properties, AXA Real Estate, Orix Real Estate, The Grosvenor Estate, MGM, Nuveen, GLL Real Estate, Carlyle, Cerberus and MetLife, among others.

ZPG advises pension funds, insurance companies, REITs, fund operators and offshore investors on their real estate holding and disposition strategies. We act as the in-house real estate team for Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals.

Michael Zietsman is also co-founder of Ivy, a leading tenant engagement platform for office buildings.  Ivy is a hospitality brand for offices buildings that converges technology and tenant relationship coordinators to provide tenants with an enhanced workday experience.  Ivy Flex manages the design, build-out and operation of flexible office space on behalf of landlords. Ivy is designed to increase tenant attraction and reduce tenant rollover and related capital expenses.
