Mr. Smith brings over 25 years commercial real estate experience with a diverse background in both principal and investment sales disciplines. George Urban Properties focuses on acquiring urban in-fill office and mixed use commercial properties across Southern California.

David is currently President of Harrington Brown, a boutique commercial real estate company that has been involved in development and investment activities.
